What about parents and guardians?
The She Forum is open to parents, professionals, and girls in grades 5-8. Parents (that means moms, dads, caregivers, neighbors and the like) are strongly encouraged to participate.
Sessions for parents will be separate from the girls sessions, running concurrently. Parent/Adult sessions focus specifically on real-time trends and topics such as navigating the “cyberworld”, “frenemies,” and authentic strategies and interventions to improve girl and parent communication. Parents and girls will come together for the activity at the end.
