The SHE Forum website takes privacy very seriously. When you submit your information through our contact form or by making any PayPal purchase, we will only be using that information to answer your question and / or process a payment.  We do not reveal or share your personal information with anyone without your permission.

The only exception to this is in the event we are contacted by law enforcement, we will comply with court ordered requests.

Event Photographs and Video

Before attending any She Forum event, you will have signed a media release form. This form releases us from liability in the event we might publish a picture or video of the event, in which you appeared.  Because our events have large numbers of attendees, it is very likely that one of them will appear in a photo without their knowledge.

If for any reason you have an issue with a published event photograph, you are welcome to discuss it with us through our contact form. Our goal with any photography and video is to show the event as enjoyed by attendees in order to promote future events and encourage new participants.

Payment Processing

She Forum sign-up and payments are handled through PayPal. We never see or store credit card or account numbers.  The transactions are handled by PayPal using their encrypted and secure system and only a summary email is given to us containing limited information such as names, addresses and amounts.
